Mehlville Fire Protection District Is Hiring 24-Hour Shift Critical Care Paramedics!

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Must be a high school graduate or possess a state-issued GED
  • Must possess a current Missouri EMT-P License
  • Must possess a current, valid Driver’s License
  • Preferred certifications include:
    • CCP, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or ITLS, and AMLS
    • MFPD will pay for CCP-C or FP-C and other certifications
  • Ability to work four or five 24-hour shifts per pay period (2,920 hours per year)
  • Ability to meet the physical demands and perform essential functions of the position, including regular attendance

Wages:

  • $69,350 without CCP Certification; $98,976 after 4 years of service
  • $76,350 with CCP-C or FP-C Certification; $105,976 with CCP-C or FP-C Certification after 4 years of service
