Notice to Industry
On September 28, 2022, the Board of Directors adopted the 2021 editions of the International Building Code© and the International Fire Code© with an effective date of January 1, 2023. Any applications filed after the effective date will be evaluated under the new codes. All other local modifications adopted in prior years have been continued with these Ordinances. Copies of the new ordinances are posted on our web page. Revised handout materials based on the new codes are also available.
Beginning January 1, 2023, we will be accepting ONLY electronic plans.
- Electronic or digital documents must be sealed in accordance with 20CSR 2030-3.060.
- If file size is small enough, just email to fireprevention@mehlvillefire.com.
- If too large to email, provide a download link.
No changes have been made to the fee structure. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact my office at 314.894.0420 ext. 1703.
